It also has 14 dog tracks for greyhound racing, though that form of racing will be banned effective 2021. Each of the 14 greyhound venues will be able to host other forms of gambling, but in 2018, Florida became the 45th state to ban dog races.

Does Florida allow off-track betting?
No, Florida does not have off-track betting facilities the way Delaware or Arkansas does. Instead, you’ll find off-track betting at greyhound dog racing tracks and jai-alai frontons.
